Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using provided scanning technology
- Maintain organized inventory using supplied barcode systems
- Follow all safety protocols with company-issued PPE
- Load/unload freight using provided machinery
- Perform cycle counts using provided inventory tools
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided equipment assistance
- Valid state ID required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
