Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for timely shipment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (OSHA certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory records in WMS systems
- Perform cycle counts and assist in monthly audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- OSHA 10 certification (training available if needed)
