Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools to move and organize inventory
- Load/unload shipments using provided equipment while maintaining safety protocols
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Pick, pack, and stage orders using provided handheld scanners and tools
- Assist in inventory counts using provided technology and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized workspace using provided cleaning tools
- Follow all equipment safety guidelines and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate company-provided material handling equipment (training provided)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs with provided equipment
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
