Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks efficiently and safely
- Manage inventory using WMS systems with 99%+ accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste
- Train new hires on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/logistics experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 10 certification and valid forklift license
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience implementing safety compliance programs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
