Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) provided by the company
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated zones
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy using provided handheld devices
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits using provided tools
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to operate provided warehouse machinery
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided equipment assistance
- Valid California driver's license preferred
