Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Pack, label, and organize inventory according to company standards
- Load and unload shipments using provided machinery and manual handling
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment with on-the-job training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varied conditions
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company provides training)
