Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse scanners to move inventory
- Pick, pack, and stage orders using company-provided safety equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records via provided digital systems
- Inspect and report equipment issues to maintenance team
- Adhere to all safety protocols using provided PPE (gloves, vests, etc.)
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate provided equipment after training
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided equipment assistance
- Reliable transportation to the Sacramento facility
