Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments with attention to detail
- Maintain organized inventory records using provided scanners
- Perform quality checks on products
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Keep work area clean and hazard-free
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to operate provided equipment
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
