Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (equipment provided) to move materials efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems
- Inspect and package products according to quality standards
- Load/unload shipments with precision while following safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
