Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using provided equipment
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Willingness to operate provided machinery after training
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts with occasional overtime
- Valid government-issued ID
