Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely
- Load/unload shipments and maintain accurate inventory records
- Inspect and maintain provided warehouse equipment daily
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Assist in quality control and order fulfillment processes
- Participate in regular equipment training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper equipment
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Greensboro facility
