- Operate company-provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) for material handling
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments using provided tools
- Maintain inventory accuracy using provided scanning devices
- Follow safety protocols with company-issued protective gear
- Organize warehouse space using provided shelving systems
- Collaborate with team using shared equipment resources
- Report equipment maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
