Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners)
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated zones
- Maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic warehouse experience preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid forklift certification (company will train)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
