Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment provided by the company
- Accurately receive, scan, and store inventory in organized warehouse systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
