Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems (all provided)
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using provided handheld scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and data entry
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling materials in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Inspect and maintain provided equipment daily to ensure operational readiness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (training provided)
- Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with provided equipment assistance
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation certification)
