Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Pick/pack orders with precision and timeliness
- Operate warehouse machinery safely (training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
