Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming merchandise and materials.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying shifts.
