Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently and safely.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise onto shelves or storage areas.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate packing materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards).
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
