Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct cycle counts weekly
- Inspect goods for quality assurance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with standing/walking for 8+ hours
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
