Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy for timely customer delivery
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and cleanliness per 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in monthly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends
- Valid Ohio driver's license for equipment operation
