Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment with zero-error standards
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and managing shipping schedules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
