Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise from trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays to ensure maximum product availability.
- Perform regular inventory checks and notify management of shortages or damages.
- Ensure accurate product labeling and pricing before placing items on the sales floor.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist in maintaining the overall organization of the warehouse or retail floor.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods, including early morning hours.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
