Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones using barcode scanning systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely per OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain data integrity
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to 5S safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred (entry-level encouraged)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS software
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain through company training
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (coolers/freezers)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
