Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily requirements
- Receive and process incoming inventory with accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain organized warehouse space and implement FIFO protocols
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment training provided)
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
