Responsibilities
- Operate provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) for material handling
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using provided technology
- Maintain organized inventory with provided systems and tools
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Follow safety protocols using provided PPE and safety equipment
- Collaborate with team using provided communication devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate provided equipment after training
- Basic computer literacy for provided inventory systems
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs with provided lifting aids
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
