Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy for local and mainland distribution
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Maintain organized and OSHA-compliant storage areas for perishable and non-perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols including HAZMAT handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
