Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately using scanning technology
- Maintain inventory counts and organize stock efficiently
- Follow strict safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Load/unload trucks using provided machinery
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect equipment before and after shifts
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to operate provided warehouse equipment (training included)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Lifting capability up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
