Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory control and cycle counting
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely
- Pick/pack orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Process inbound/outbound shipments efficiently
- Maintain OSHA-compliant workspace conditions
- Utilize WMS software for real-time tracking
- Train new associates on safety protocols
Qualifications
- 6+ months warehouse/forklift experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math/inventory literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Spanish/English bilingual a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
