Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory throughout 150,000 sq ft facility
- Accurately pick and pack orders for major retail partners using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks with precision while maintaining damage-free records
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts with zero tolerance for discrepancies
- Maintain organized staging areas and implement 5S methodology
- Operate automated conveyor systems and packaging equipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and participate in monthly training
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with handheld scanners (RF experience a plus)
