Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and follow all OSHA guidelines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and free of hazards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using material handling equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in shipping and receiving activities as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
