Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to achieve 99.8% accuracy
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak season operations
- Implement lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain OSHA-compliant documentation and reporting standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to train and mentor staff
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying climate conditions
