Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks in designated zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and aisles
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Blvd facility
- Flexibility to work varying shifts (early morning, afternoon, or weekend)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
