Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in designated warehouse zones to ensure easy access.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, errors, or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse management systems and barcode scanners to track inventory levels.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
