Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and package customer orders using handheld scanners and standard packing materials.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, after certification.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality checks to ensure all outbound products meet our high standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.
