Responsibilities
- Unload and inspect incoming freight to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Update inventory management systems to reflect stock levels accurately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas and labeling of stock.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
