Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using inventory management software
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with zero-error precisionOperate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with remote scheduling team to optimize workflow and inventory levels
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Support cross-functional teams in meeting distribution targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Proficient with inventory management systems (WMS experience ideal)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for remote scheduling coordination
- Valid driver's license required
