Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized stock levels through cycle counts and warehouse audits
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize remote tools for inventory tracking, reporting, and communication
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer skills for digital inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
