Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inbound inventory using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient product storage and retrieval
- Maintain precise inventory counts through cycle counting and audits
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Collaborate with remote logistics team on inventory management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Support cross-functional teams with data entry and reporting tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Teams)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
