Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move and organize inventory
- Accurately receive, scan, and record incoming shipments using digital systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools for inventory updates
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits using tablet-based systems
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with familiarity with digital inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Flexible availability including occasional weekend shifts
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
