Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory with precision and care.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery using appropriate machinery and materials.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality goals.
- Perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies in the inventory system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license may be required for local delivery duties.
