Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently after training
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
