Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform inventory control cycle counts and maintain organized stock rotation
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards in all operational activities
- Support order fulfillment processes for major retail partners
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic proficiency with warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS)
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Clear background check and pre-employment drug screen required
