Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory management and stock rotation tasks
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to North San Jose facility
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
