Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Load and unload trucks with proper equipment operation
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse storage systems
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Report equipment issues and maintain clean work areas
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we train!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus facility
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
