Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory storage and efficient order fulfillment workflows
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and maintain clean, hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and staging customer orders
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
