Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces and equipment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screen (company-provided)
