Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targets
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
