Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain stock rotation protocols
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety procedures and quality control measures
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
