Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, verify, and accurately record incoming stock to ensure our inventory database is up-to-date.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and package orders for shipment using our automated systems to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to move materials within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure all items meet company standards before leaving the facility.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) is preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to safety protocols.
