Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and safety protocols
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and digital platforms
- Optimize warehouse operations through efficient stacking and space utilization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading of shipments
- Perform quality inspections and documentation for outbound orders
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience with valid certifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
